This policy explains how Viralux LLC, doing business as Viralux Advertising Agency ("Viralux," "we," "us"), collects and uses information through viraluxagency.com, our contact form, and our Facebook and Instagram lead ads. We are a Florida limited liability company serving businesses in the United States.

Information we collect

• Contact form. When you submit our form we collect what you enter: name, business name, email, phone, town, business type, the services you're interested in, and your message. The form is processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers it to our email inbox.
• Facebook and Instagram lead forms. If you submit a lead form in one of our ads, Meta Platforms, Inc. shares with us the information you chose to submit in that form (typically name, email, phone and answers to short questions).
• Calls, texts and emails. If you contact us directly, we keep your contact details and what you send us.
• Cookies and similar technologies. Our site may use the Meta Pixel and cookies to measure visits and form submissions and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. We may also send certain events (for example, that a form was submitted) to Meta through the Conversions API; where we do, contact details are hashed before they are sent. Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser information when fonts load. Google may also process data if you find us through Google Search or our Google Business Profile.

How we use information

• To respond to your request and schedule a consultation or ad audit.
• To communicate with you about our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
• To measure and improve our advertising and website.
• To comply with law and protect our rights.

We don't sell your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (such as FormSubmit, Google and Meta, as described above), or when required by law.

• You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
